Post date: Dec 11, 2018 3:29:0 AM
Dear Everyone,
The holiday peak season is fast approaching. Thus, it is important that we focus on supporting business operations and prioritize the stability of services and systems during the peak season.
As such, the Master Data Management (MDM) will be implementing a Maintenance Freeze. Details are as follows:
Dates Covered : December 14, 2018 12:01 AM to January 07, 2019, 12:00 MN
Duration : 25 Days
Cut off Date: December 10, 2018
All MDM requests with effectivity date, opening date or launch date between December 14, 2018 and January 07, 2019 must be submitted on or before December 10, 2018 to give us time to prepare patches and comply with Food IT System Freeze schedule. MDM will only be accepting fully accomplished and approved forms.
Forms submitted beyond the cut off will be treated as a Rush Request, therefore, approval from the General Manager (GM) or equivalent Cluster Head is required.
For PURF, FDRF, ADRF (BOON Ordering) and MMRF (Inventory Tagging) with launch / effectivity date between December 14, 2018 and January 07, 2019, IT Deviation Form is required based on FIT-POL-07 Peak Season Systems Freeze Policy and Guidelines (2018).
Scope :

[2] Other Requests :

Regular SLA (Service Level Agreement) of request will resume on January 07, 2019.
