Dear ALL,

In line with the centralization of all Master Data Request Forms, we are pleased to announce the launch of MDM Portal within Food Group.  The site is intended to provide our requestors an easy access to all Master Data Request Forms, user-friendly browsing experience and ease in navigation.

With that, all MDM Form requestors can now access the site thru this link [http://mdm.foodgroup.ph].

Kindly note that MDM Forms shared folder will be available until March 31, 2019.  Starting April 01, 2019 all MDM Forms can be accessible thru MDM Portal.
